No accounts required
Open and play instantly. No email, no login, no profile ever created.
No personal data collected
No names, ages, locations, or any identifying information is ever stored.
Anonymous analytics only
Only aggregate counts are measured — never individual sessions.
Zero ads, ever
No advertising, no sponsors, no promoted content. The experience is 100% for the child.
No third-party trackers
No Facebook pixel, no Google ads, no retargeting. Nothing that follows your family around the web.
Works offline after first load
Once loaded, TotTaps works without an internet connection — great for travel.
What data we do NOT collect
To be absolutely clear, here is a complete list of data that TotTaps never collects, stores, or transmits:
- Names, ages, or locations
- Device identifiers or fingerprints
- Keystroke logs or input history
- Photos or camera access
- Microphone access
- Cookies for tracking
- IP addresses stored
- Browser history
- Session recordings
- Behavioural profiles
Children's privacy
TotTaps is designed to comply with the principles of children's online privacy protection, including the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU's GDPR provisions for children (GDPR-K).
No personal information is ever collected from children — or anyone else. The app functions entirely client-side in the browser. All sounds, animations, and logic run locally on your device. No data is ever sent to any server during gameplay.
Because TotTaps collects no data at all, there is nothing to delete, export, or correct. Your child's sessions are completely ephemeral and leave no digital trace.
Analytics
TotTaps may use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (such as aggregate page-view counting) solely to understand how many people visit the site. This means:
✓ Only anonymous aggregate counts — e.g., total daily visitors, no individual tracking.
✗ No individual sessions tracked — we cannot identify you or your child.
✗ No data sold or shared — we do not share any data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
If any analytics tool is used, it will be one that does not use cookies, does not store personal data, and is compliant with GDPR without requiring a consent banner.
